The NSW Battery Rebate is an exciting new initiative designed to help homeowners and businesses reduce their energy bills by installing solar battery storage systems. From 1st November 2024, eligible NSW residents can access significant rebates when adding a battery to their existing solar system. This allows you to store the energy your solar panels generate during the day, so you can use it at night when electricity rates are higher, saving you even more.

Under this rebate scheme, eligible homeowners can receive between $1600 and $2400 off the up-front installation costs of a battery, depending on the size of the system. This is a fantastic opportunity to make the switch to clean energy even more affordable and efficient, maximising your solar savings.
